This unique production features the artists of Opera 5, a Toronto-based company known for its tongue-in-cheek interpretations of opera on the internet. They don’t call it ‘space opera’ for nothing! Whether you are new to opera or a long-time listener, this concert will take you through the best opera has to offer, with a sci-fi twist! Let the hysterically funny Toronto-based opera company Opera 5 guide you through a ‘newly-found’ opera written by Wagner, which employs every cliché imaginable in both the operatic and the science fiction genres. Will Captain James High C and his first mate Horn Solo rescue the princess Quo’olo’ra Tura’h from the evil Carmen? Only one way to find out!
